Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the HIIT & RUN event, the participant confirms they have read, understood and agree to the following terms:

  • Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • The organiser reserves the right to modify schedules, start blocks, heat allocations and operational details when necessary, without obligation to issue refunds.
  • Participants must follow instructions from staff, judges, volunteers, medical personnel and all event officials.
  • The organiser may refuse participation to anyone behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, without refund.
  • Minimum age for participation is 18 years. Younger participants may compete with written parental or guardian consent.
  • The organiser is not liable for loss, damage or theft of participants’ personal belongings.
